CONDITIONS
We offer shipping to Belgium and the Netherlands. For shipping options to other countries, please send an email to hello@stephaniescheirlynck.com.
Orders are shipped within three business days. We do everything we can to deliver as quickly as possible. In exceptional cases, this may take a little longer than expected. Thanks for your understanding.
Picking up packages in the greater Ghent or Deinze area is free. Send an email to hello@stephaniescheirlynck.com to make an appointment.
If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you by email.
SHIPPING COSTS
All packages are shipped with insurance and tracking number.
Shipping within Belgium with Bpost or DPD: € 7.50
Free shipping from € 50.00
Shipping to the Netherlands with Bpost, DPD, or DHL: € 9.00
Free shipping from € 50.00
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout of your shopping cart.
RETURNS
If the delivered goods were damaged during transport, do not correspond to the items stated on the delivery note, or do not correspond to the items ordered, this must be reported by email at hello@stephaniescheirlynck.com as soon as possible and no later than 3 days after delivery. The items must be returned to Stephanie Scheirlynck within 14 days. In such case, we will bear the costs of returning the goods.
We cannot be held responsible for any consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery by the appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of the items proven not to have been received by the customer.
Any other returns for products ordered and delivered is not possible.
