Stephanie Scheirlynck Sportvoedingsadvies VOF adopts this Privacy Policy, the purpose of which is to inform Users in a transparent manner about the website hosted at the following address: www.stephaniescheirlynck.com, (hereinafter the "Site"), and how personal data are collected and processed by Stephanie Scheirlynck.

Stephanie Scheirlynck is free to choose a natural or legal person to process users' personal data at its request and on its behalf (hereinafter the "Processor" or "Subcontractor"). Where appropriate, Stephanie Scheirlynck undertakes to select a Processor that offers sufficient guarantees with regard to the technical and organizational measures for the processing of personal data, in accordance with the Law and the Regulation.

 

1. Processing of personal data

A) Right of Access

The Controller may demand a reasonable fee based on the administrative costs for additional copies requested by the User.

 

When the User makes this request electronically (e.g. via the email address), the data will be provided in electronic form and for general use, unless the User requests otherwise.

 

The copy of the data will be communicated to the User at the latest within one month of receipt of the request.

B) Right to rectification

Stephanie Scheirlynck guarantees the right to rectification and deletion of personal data to the User.

 

In accordance with Article 16 of the Regulation, incorrect, inaccurate or irrelevant data can be corrected or deleted at any time. The User first makes the necessary changes himself from his user account, unless these cannot be made independently, in which case the request can be addressed to Stephanie Scheirlynck.

 

In accordance with Article 19 of the Regulation, the controller shall inform each recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed of any rectification of the personal data, unless such rectification proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. The controller shall provide the data subject with information about these recipients if the data subject requests it.

 

C) Right to Erasure

The User has the right to obtain the deletion of his personal data as soon as possible in the cases referred to in Article 17 of the Regulation.

 

Where the Controller has made the personal data public and is obliged to erase it pursuant to the previous paragraph, the Controller, taking into account the available technologies and implementation costs, shall take reasonable measures, including technical measures, to prevent other controllers who have such processing personal data, to inform that the data subject has requested from those controllers that the connection with such personal data or a copy or reproduction thereof be erased.

 

The two preceding paragraphs do not apply to the extent that such processing is necessary:

 

  • the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information;

D) Right to restrict processing

The User has the right to limit the processing of his personal data in the cases referred to in Article 18 of the Regulation.

 

In accordance with Article 19 of the Regulation, the controller shall inform each recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed of any restriction of the processing carried out, unless such disclosure proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. The controller shall provide the data subject with information about these recipients if the data subject requests it.

E) Right to data portability

 

In accordance with Article 20 of the Regulation, Users have the right to receive from Stephanie Scheirlynck their personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Users have the right to transmit this data to another controller without Stephanie Scheirlynck preventing this, in the cases provided for in the Regulation.

9. Limitation of the Controller's Liability
